How to Join Our Zoom Meeting:
Click the Link: Click the Zoom invitation link provided below.
Open Zoom: If you have the Zoom app, it will open automatically. If not, you can download it or select "Join from your browser."
Connect Audio: Once inside, click "Join Audio" and select "WiFi or Cellular Data" (on mobile) or "Computer Audio" (on PC) so you can hear us!
Enter Name: Please enter your name so we know who has joined.
Instructions for Joining the Zoom Meeting
We look forward to seeing you! If you are new to Zoom, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Click the meeting link at the scheduled time.
Step 2: A prompt will appear asking to open "Zoom Meetings." Click Open.
Note: If you don't want to download the app, click "Cancel" and select the "Join from your browser" link at the bottom of the page.
Step 3: Enter the Meeting ID and Passcode if prompted (found in the invitation).
Step 4: Crucial Step: When the meeting starts, click the "Join Audio" button in the bottom left corner. Choose "Join with Computer Audio" to hear the conversation.
Step 5: Keep your microphone Muted when not speaking to reduce background noise.
